You may submit a request by emailing astyers@pinnacleems.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or by writing to us at the address in Section 13. Please tell us which right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locateyour records.
To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request — typically by asking you to confirm information already in our records or to respond from the email address associated with it. We will respond within forty-five (45) days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how much additional time we need, up to a total of ninety (90) days. There is no charge for a request unless it is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, we will tell you why. You may appeal that decision within sixty (60) days by emailing astyers@pinnacleems.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond in writing within forty-five (45) days of receiving the appeal and, if the appeal is denied, we will provide you with a method to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
8. Marketing Emails and Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or other updates, every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You may also ask to be removed from our lists at any time by emailing astyers@pinnacleems.com. We will honor the request promptly.
